Biography
I am a biologist with extensive work experience around the interface of biology, chemistry and engineering. My expertise includes developing microfluidic systems for single-cell analysis, along with work in cell-based assays, gene expression profiling, protein characterization and microscopy.I have previously worked on drug screening, biomarker discovery and in vivo models, building a broad experimental foundation across different biological systems.Currently involved in developing a 3D stem cells-derived neuromuscular tissue model to better replicate human tissue organization in vitro. I am particularly interested in interdisciplinary approaches, including organoids and organ-on-chip systems, for more realistic disease modelling and therapeutic development.
